The Alpha Outlaw Stainless Steel Safety razor is made in China. The build quality is exceptional. The shave quality is phenomenal. I have the normal plate on the razor. Alpha offers a mild plate as well. While it looks and sounds aggressive, I have had high quality top tier shaves off one pass. The price point is a bit high and me getting it in a mystery box from Razor Emporium makes it easy for me to recommend, but I would happily pay the $130 cost for this safety razor.
